You don’t have to be great in size to achieve great things.

Our new A-S 80 steam blasting unit achieves the highest level of quality and reliability. The steam blasting unit is supplied with water from an external container and has a large, rapidly heated boiler capacity of 2.3 l. It is ideal for rapid and thorough cleaning of instruments, and for the complete removal of wax, grease, paste, oil, chips, adhesive and other residues.

The unit is equipped with a fully electronic control system that always automatically monitors and regulates temperature, pressure and water level. The high-performance pressure switch used ensures constant steam pressure. The unit is equipped with an overpressure safety valve that automatically releases the excessive steam pressure at 8.5 bar.

 

The steam is generated in an insulated stainless steel boiler by a powerful heating coil. The pressure and temperature of the steam are constantly monitored by an overpressure protection and a temperature protection with automatic switch-off.

The steam jet is ready for operation after only 4-5 minutes.

The boiler is filled by the robust high-pressure pump with thermal protection. The steam blasting is carried out with the handpiece, which is provided with a fine nozzle. The dry steam with little moisture content is constantly at 160 °C. After use, the handpiece is plugged back into the holder attached to the housing. The drain tap is used for boiler cleaning, so the lime sludge can be easily removed from the boiler.

The ergonomically designed and non-slip handpiece is made of special, heat-insulating plastic solid material. The thermal steam hose connected to the handpiece is extremely flexible and surrounded by a textile protective jacket.
