Our extensive experience in the construction of sand blasting units, comprehensive laboratory testing, exclusive use of proven components and our sturdy steel plate design have all contributed to the creation of high-quality, durable sand blasting units.
The automatic blasting units are also available without extraction unit. This automatic blasting unit is indispensable for cost effectiveness in blasting technology. Up to ten moulded items can be blasted simultaneously in the carousel. This high-performance unit can be used either in automatic mode or as a manual blasting unit. The D-G 16 S 2 is similar in design to the D-G 16 S, but with a second, stationary boron carbide blasting nozzle, which enables simultaneous automatic and manual blasting.
In manual blasting mode, the enormously powerful injector with boron carbide blasting nozzle is simply taken from the holder and guided by hand. The sand jet is activated by the foot valve. This ensures problem-free and accurate manual working.
In all units, the roomy blasting chamber is very well lit and can easily be viewed through the large viewing window.
The large front flap enables easy loading of the blasting basket. The perfect air-flow conduction combined with the highly effective extraction unit guarantees you a continuous and clear view of your work and enables a clean and pleasant working environment.
