The pin drill unit is equipped with a direct connection for extraction systems with automatic
switch-on to extract the dusts. By printing the saw cuts directly in the software, we reduce the
need for subsequent sanding processes, which results in a significantly healthier working environment due to reduced dust emissions.

You have the option of placing the pins individually to position the segments exactly according to your specific requirements.

Laser
The drill is fixed with pinpoint accuracy using an extremely precise class 1 laser beam.

Class 1 lasers are not dangerous under “reasonably foreseeable conditions and when used as intended”. This means that the emitted power is very low or the laser system is encapsulated in such a way that no radiation can escape.

Conventional systems have laser class 2, which is the most underestimated laser class, as the duration of the alternating effect above 0.25 seconds can cause permanent (!) eye damage.

The individual parameters can be set individually via the touch display.

The drilling process is conveniently triggered by a foot switch. The plate carrier is fixed magnetically, the suction is activated and the drilling position is thus firmly secured. The suction opening ensures dust-free working

Tool-free drill bit change

This is triggered by pressing the TOOL CHANGE button. The tool is changed without additional accessories. The drill motor moves to the tool change position. Once it has reached the tool change position, the tool can be changed. To do this, pull the knob on the back of the device out as far as it will go.

USB interface for updates

Updates can be installed via the USB interface.
