Transport damage

Please observe the following points

1. Leave the goods or the packaging unchanged in any case
2. If the damage is visible on the exterior, be sure to request acknowledgment of this by the delivery agent and accept the item only with reservations
3. Report the damage immediately to your contact person at Harnisch+Rieth.
4. Take photos of the shipment.
5. Leave the item in its original state and do not use it under any circumstances.
6.Send an e-mail to vertrieb@hr-dental.de and specify the delivery note no. (LS……). Please include the photos (see 4 above) as attachments.
