Description
High extraction power from industrial high-pressure fan motors, highly effective filtration and optimum noise insulation make sure these units stand out from the crowd. Our range of models provides the best possible device for every type of use. The D-LE 255 S is the preferred extraction unit for dust-generating equipment such as blasting units, saws and dental model grinders, amongst others. Infinitely variable extraction power can be selected via a regulator and maintained at a constant level by the automatic air-flow regulation. When the filter bag reaches the maximum fill level, the filter signal light comes on and the unit switches off automatically.

Flow rate control device
The air-flow rate is regulated automatically. The air-flow rate at the suction funnel remains constant, irrespective of the degree of soiling of the filter material. At set time intervals, the extraction unit performs a self-test, during which the air ducts are sucked clear.
The air-flow rate can be set to suit the type of collection device (suction muzzle) and its air-flow rate, and can be read on the display.

The extraction unit consists of a powerful, very quiet extractor fan combined with a large paper filter bag, which can collect approx. 10 kg of dust and features a super-fine filter downstream.
This catches 99.98% of micro-dust particles with a grain size of 0.5 μ. This is significantly better than the 0.1% let-through value required by the trade association.
