All Harnisch+Rieth devices are provided with a legal warranty of 12 months, Harnisch+Rieth additionally grants 24 months warranty, starting with the certified date of sale.
We also issue a 12-month warranty for spare and wearing parts, as a pledge that these products are free from material, manufacturing and workmanship defects.

If, despite all this, a unit fails to work, you can still be sure that Harnisch+Rieth will find a solution as part of their warranty promise. In a very short time- Harnisch+Rieth will fix your unit in our own in-house repair department. To minimize downtime, we will be happy to provide you with a loaner unit to bridge the repair.
This creates trust.

All Harnisch+Rieth products are known to be very durable. For this reason, our spare parts supply is prepared for this. We guarantee that the original spare parts for each device will be available for a period of at least 10 years after purchase.

Guarantee of use – loaner equipment
Harnisch+Rieth offers a loan unit to bridge the gap if the ordered unit is not in stock and the delivery time exceeds 10 working days. The loaner equipment for Harnisch+Rieth repair orders is provided free of charge in a warranty case.
