Fine dusts in the air are a particular danger. Damaging effects on the skin and respiratory organs have also been found in dental plasters, investment materials and unclassified mixed dusts, which are assigned to the general dust limit value.
All Harnisch+Rieth extraction units or blasting units with integrated extraction system are equipped with ultra-fine filter cartridge or fine filter cartridges.
The ultra-fine filter catches even micro-fine dusts of 0.5 μ grain size to 99.98 %.
This means that the passage value of less than 0.1 % required by the employers’ liability insurance association is significantly undercut.
